When operating your press in a roll-to-converter configuration, a buffer between the press and the finishing solution ensures uninterrupted operation.

DCoat

Fully integrated label conversion line for inline and offline use. The DCoat’s standard features include flood UV varnishing, die cutting, lamination, length slitting and a dual spindle rewinder. Optional modules such as spot UV varnishing and alternative rewinders or slitters are also available.

Jumbo Rewinder

Xeikon’s unmatched unwinder can handle any job, no matter what the size.

  • Allows clockwise and anticlockwise unwinding
  • Can handle reels of up to 1,250 mm diameter
  • Automatic roll lift and load mechanism

MiniDCoat

Compact label conversion line for inline and offline use. The miniDCoat’s standard features include die cutting, length slitting and a dual spindle rewinder. A lamination or UV varnishing module can be added as an option. The miniDCoat can also be combined with the UCoat.

Stackers

When operating your press in web-to-sheet mode, you can count on the Xeikon Stacker to deliver neatly aligned stacks of up to 450 mm (17.7”). Do you need larger stacks or special book block stacks? No problem! Many of our clients have already seamlessly integrated their Xeikon equipment with leading third party stacking solutions.

Ucoat

Label and folding carton finishing station for inline use. The UCoat features flood UV varnishing, lamination, sheet-cutting and length slitting with a dual spindle rewinder. Label rolls can be transferred to a miniDCoat for further offline finishing.

Unwinders

Our rewinders are adapted for maximum media widths of up to 520 mm (20.5”) and are available with 1 or 2 spindles. Dual spindle rewinders are combined with a shear or razor slitting function.

Web Finishing Module

Our inline Web Finishing Module (WFM) makes sure your prints will last a lifetime. It applies an invisible protective layer that enhances scratch and scuff resistance, which prevents damage typically caused by finishing equipment or mail sorting systems.
